Disclaimer: This article is an attempt to translate “The Beast”, the sixth chapter of Zorobabel Guru’s apocalyptic novel “The Son of Man in the Cloud”, into English (USA) using DeepL.
The Savior said: I, the light, have come into the world so that whoever believes in me will not remain in darkness. And if anyone hears my words and does not believe them, it is not I who judge him, for I have not come to judge the world, but to save the world. Whoever rejects me and does not accept my words has his judge: the word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
The word that Jesus spoke is written in the book that God holds in his dexter. This book, sealed with seven seals, which no one — not in heaven, not on earth, not under the earth — could open for a thousand years, I am now reading to you from the Cloud, to you who have eyes to read me or ears to hear me. That the word of Jesus is thus accessible again means that the Last Day has arrived and with it the Judgment. For not using the light of the Word to get out of the world of darkness in which Humanity has been imprisoned since the Fall, is to condemn oneself to remain there forever.
Yet this perpetual confinement is what most people desire, for for those who reject the Light, it is the darkness that is clear! By dint of too much darkness, they have hallucinated a universe and times that are limited only by their own imagination, and by the false teachings that the False Prophet has imposed on them since they were young. Who is this one? He is the beast that John saw rising from the earth — one of the three beasts of Revelation.
In the Sealed Book, the Beasts represent Stupidity in different aspects. There is one Beast at the beginning of the Book, three at the end and four in the middle. The one at the beginning you already know if you have been following this apocalyptic novel: it is the Serpent, the most cunning of all the beasts of the field. The ones at the end are the three Beasts of the Apocalypse:
- Again and again the Serpent, the ancient Serpent, the Dragon, also called the Devil or Satan;
- The Beast rising from the sea, also called “the Beast”;
- The Beast rising from the earth, also called “the False Prophet”.
As for those in the middle, they are the four beasts of Daniel, namely four empires: four idolatrous civilizations with which the people of God found themselves (at home or in exile). According to the historical vision of the author of the book of Daniel, these four beasts represent :
- The Neo-Babylonian Empire of Nebuchadnezzar;
- The Mede Empire;
- The Persian Empire;
- The Greek Empire of Alexander.
This fourth beast is the one that the Visionary of Revelation saw rising from the sea and that he will later name simply: “THE BEAST”. It will devour the first three, integrating a good part of their DNA, and will attack more than any other the heart of God’s first plan of salvation, i.e. the people through whom all the nations of the earth were to be blessed, imposing by force on this chosen people its idolatry to the point of installing the Abomination of Desolation in the Temple of Jerusalem!
The first two books of the Maccabees tell of the resistance that the Hebrew people put up against Hellenism, but their victorious revolt, because it was only regional, did not delay the progression of this form of idolatrous stupidity promised to an immense future. So, before it takes over the whole world, the Savior will deal a severe blow to this hydra, cutting off one of its heads with the sharp double-edged sword that comes out of his mouth! This intervention will give the world a thousand-year respite and usher in a new plan of divine salvation. Then Satan will resurrect the Beast, who will resume his irresistible advance, and Daniel’s earlier prophecy about him will be fulfilled:
There will be a fourth kingdom on earth which will differ from all the kingdoms, it will devour the whole earth, trample it down and crush it.
